These Terms apply to consumer purchases from our online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Please ensure your order, contact information and delivery address are accurate before completing checkout.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected goods. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. Your contract with LCOSTA ECOM LTD is formed when we email you confirming acceptance of your order.

If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is unavailable or payment cannot be authorised, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for that order without undue delay.

You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Products and Descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings, but this does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

4. Prices and Payment

Product prices and the applicable currency are displayed on our website. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed before you place your order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Optional extras will only be charged with your express consent.

If we identify a pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you so you can choose whether to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

5. Processing and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, giving a total estimated timeframe of up to 15 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If delivery is delayed, contact us at contact@elmontrow.com. Estimated delivery dates do not remove your statutory rights concerning late delivery or cancellation.

Where we arrange delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, or that of someone you nominate to receive them.

6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

For eligible online purchases, you may cancel without giving a reason until 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 calendar days to send them back after notifying us.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay direct return postage where this was disclosed before purchase. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains the return process, applicable exceptions, refund timing and reimbursement of standard delivery charges.

Your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the change-of-mind cancellation period. Nothing in these Terms requires you to accept store credit instead of a refund where the law entitles you to a refund.

To cancel or report a problem, email contact@elmontrow.com. Exercising a statutory cancellation right does not require our prior approval.

7. Website Use

You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

Website content, including branding, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view, download and print content for personal use, including keeping copies of these Terms and your purchase records. Other uses require permission unless permitted by law.

8. Personal Information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information provided when you browse our website, contact us or place an order.

9. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights relating to the goods.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that purchase.

Changes will not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing contract.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence.

You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction. Any other mandatory rights concerning where you may bring a claim remain unaffected.
