Order Processing

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation. This time allows us to prepare and process your order before shipping.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery takes 5–10 business days.

Processing time is additional to delivery time. The total estimated timeframe is therefore up to 15 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
