Returns & Refund Policy — Elmont Row

Elmont Row is a trading name of LCOSTA ECOM LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17411451.

This policy applies to online purchases of physical goods by UK consumers. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

1. Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel an eligible order without giving a reason, from the time you place it until 14 calendar days after the day you receive your goods.

If items from one order arrive separately, this period begins the day after the last item arrives.

To cancel, email contact@elmontrow.com or write to our registered office below with a clear statement of your decision. Please include your order number or other information identifying your purchase.

Cancellation does not require our approval. You may use the optional form below, but it is not compulsory.

2. Returning Your Goods

After notifying us of cancellation, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 calendar days.

Email contact@elmontrow.com for the appropriate return destination and shipping instructions. Our registered office is listed for correspondence; it is not identified in this policy as a parcel return facility.

Please package items securely and keep proof of postage. Contacting us for instructions does not make your statutory rights subject to prior approval.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and try goods as you would in a shop.

Please include the original packaging and accessories where possible. Original packaging is not an absolute condition for exercising your statutory rights.

Where legally permitted, we may deduct an amount reflecting any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

We do not charge restocking fees.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you pay direct return postage costs where we disclosed this responsibility before purchase. If we did not, we will cover those costs.

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we cover reasonable return costs. Contact us to arrange return shipping or collection.

5. Refunds Following Cancellation

We refund the price paid for returned goods. If you cancel your entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable.

Where goods are being returned, refunds are issued without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If no goods were supplied, or we have offered to collect them, we refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

We use your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund processing fee applies.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If your goods do not meet these requirements, you normally have 30 days after delivery to reject them for a full refund.

After that period, you may be entitled to a free repair or replacement. If both remedies are unavailable, an attempted repair or replacement fails, or the remedy is not provided within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to reject the goods for a refund.

Any deduction for use will only be made where legally permitted.

Refunds for faulty goods are issued without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing that you are entitled to a refund.

7. Exceptions to Change-of-Mind Cancellation

Where applicable, the statutory right to cancel does not cover:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.

These exceptions do not affect your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.
